Through Pilates I got in touch with Yoga. Pilates is a physical and mental motion form. The core of Pilates lies in developing a "Powerhouse", that means the development of deep abs, pelvic muscles and back muscles. Many excersizes are derivated from the positions (asanas) of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a pleasant form of motion that that provides more power and flexibility.

I'm very enthousiastic about how careful everything was arranged and the hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed it and yes I will attend more arrangements at PuurenKuur.

Good teacher, expert. Super hotel with a perfect location, right around the corner of the beach and shopping street. Nice rooms, wellness is a tad old, but that is being renovated we understood. Diner in the restaurant wasn't great. Breakfast was nice.
